If you do want to hang on until your order arrives with you, that would be great, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! However, if you did want a refund, please send a request to refunds@bsimerch.com - please state your order number and the store from which you placed your order to help our team to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund if your order has already been dispatched and/or has not exceeded the time frames mentioned below in our general FAQ's.
How long until my package will arrive with me?
UK - Usually arrives within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 3 weeks
Europe - Usually arrives within 10 working days. Please allow up to 6 weeks
Rest Of World - Usually arrives within 20 working days. Please allow up to 12 weeks

I have not received a tracking number?

If you have not received your tracking number, then this is because you did not purchase tracking. Tracked shipping does not come as a standard I'm afraid. If you have paid for tracking, then you would have received your tracking number within your dispatch email.

We kindly ask that you ensure that you return your item to the correct address based on your location.
Please also place a note in your parcel containing your order number, full name, email address and telephone number and please describe what you would like; refund or exchange. If you would like your items exchanged, please indicate the size or items you would like them exchanged for.
How long will it take for my refund to reach me?
Refunds can take between 5 to 7 working days to be reflected in your account from the date the item is processed in our warehouse. If you are returning for an exchange, please allow a total of 10 working days for your exchanged item to be delivered. If you haven't heard from us within the aforementioned period, please get in touch with us.
Which shipping method shall I choose?
We strongly recommend that you get a receipt from the post office that shows this item has been sent back to us, as this way if the item becomes lost in transit, we can still process the return for you as we are able to see that it was sent back
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns I'm afraid. However, you will not need to pay for your replacement/exchange to ship out to you.

Alors pour moi c’est Noël après Noël:
Commande du 15 Décembre de 1 Hoodie et 1 t shirt London gig Tower of London.
Demande d’annulation commande le 16/12; Confirmation de l’annulation et remboursement le même jour.
Puis belle surprise le 15 Février: La poste me livre un colis contenant mon hoodie et mon t shirt!!!
Alors elle est pas belle la vie???
(J’ai bien sûr vérifié mon compte bancaire et aucun débit)
